I like to purchase my vitamins on Chemist Direct because the prices are much lower. I ordered two bottles of vitamins. On this occasion my order arrived in 2 days , I was most impressed.
I am a regular shopper and needed to stock up on my usual vitamins, I am so familiar with the website that it only takes me a few minutes to add items to cart and checkout. For some reason when I placed order the suburb field held on to the incorrect town but had my correct street address. I emailed the following day once I had noticed but item was already in transit, it was returned undeliverable and the item was resent again. The customer service experience is great and the prices are always lower than comparable websites.
