Purchased a Round Wooden Cheese Board. I looked at other online kitchenware stores but this website was the cheapest. Arrived within 3 days at my door step via Australia Post and I love the piece and would use website again.
First time dealing with them. I bought a yogurt maker. Before I bought though, I had an online chat with them first and the kind man even went to the item to check the box for a few things. The order through to delivery was as smooth as my yogurt. Well done, will buy from you again
I purchased two ice cream makers from Kitchenware Direct as they had the best price that I was able to find for the items I was after.
The website was easy to use with clear descriptions of the items. I placed my order on a Saturday and had the parcel in my hands before the following weekend, far quicker than I had expected considering it was travelling to WA.
The parcel was well packed and the ice cream makers, along with their boxes survived the trip intact.
I would happily order from Kitchenware Direct again in future.
I found best prices with the pedal bins I wanted to get. Purchased 3 plus a drying mat. All items were wrapped securely with no faults or defects. The purchase went through seamlessly without stress. We had also purchased a Kitchen Aid from them as well a few years back with no problems. Our parcels were shipping within 3 days, recieved within 2 weeks. I would recommend this website & would purchase from them again.
I had been eyeing off a Borner V-Slicer from Kitchenware Direct and when I received an e-mail from them advertising a free shipping promotion, I just couldn't resist.
The parcel was posted the day after I purchase the slicer and happily for me, it was posted from Perth, which was a nice surprise as it meant that I had the parcel in my hand 2 days after placing the order. That was great, as I thought I would have to wait at least a week for it to arrive from the Eastern States.
The parcel was well packed, as always and the slicer was well described on the website.
This is a great website, I would happily recommend it to others, especially with their free shipping promotions.
I placed an order with this store - which they lost. When I contacted them their customer service was pretty much non existent, they were rude, unapologetic and I would never order from them again - complete waste of time.
