I ordered the Jim Jeffries Alcoholocaust DVD and it took just under a month before it was sent due to no stock but the CSR kept me updated in the mean time.So it was all ok once it arrived.
Bought the Friends complete collection blu ray whilst it was on sale. They had not shipped it for a few weeks and when I called they mentioned they had actually run out of stock. At this point in time I assumed that I would get a refund because they would lose money buying a new one from another store. I was pleasantly surprised that they did exactly that and bought a new one and shipped it to my house. Great service ! Great Price!
