I placed an online order with Officeworks after finding that my local store did not have any stock of a few items I was looking for.
I could not be happier!!
Shipping was free if the order was aver $55, which mine was. I placed the order at 5:00pm and it was delivered to my door by 1:00pm the following day. I could not quite believe that it arrived so quickly. The order was well packed and I appreciated that the box wasn't filled with plastic bubble wrap or stuffing.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from their online store again. This purchase was a dream.
I have ordered a few times from officeworks, they have a good range at reasonable prices. Also they allow accounts and free shipping if the purchase is over $100. I ordered the 8 stationery items which were delivered the next day for free.

Officeworks had an online sale for 9volt Duracell batteries, at significantly less than the cost of generic brand alkalines, so I ordered enough for the clocks and smoke detectors.
It took only a few days for them to arrive at the local store for collection and it was generally a smooth and straightforward transaction.
My only issue is that their website does not allow for a mobile phone number to be the primary number, and insists on a home phone number (it's not possible to insert a mobile number in this field.) We are rarely in the vicinity of our home phone during business hours, so it can be several days before the store is able to contact us to advise that items are ready for collection.
I bought about $60 worth of stuff on here and it was all shipped the next day. It was so fast, and the price was very cheap, also. I bought a water filter - something I still use to this day, and a whole bunch of stationary stuff. I would definitely, shop from here again. It is free shipping over $50, so buy yours and your friend's stationary and have them shipped to you for free!
I love stationery, so naturally, I love Officeworks too! This was actually my first time ordering from the site, since I had a lot on my mind and very little will to carry heavy supplies back home. The website was simple, professional and easy to navigate.
I mainly bought uni supplies, so it's nothing too exciting. I got a couple of folders, plastic expanders, Colourhide notebooks and manila folders - in total, I spent 64 dollars. But there was a sneaky GST inclusion at checkout (it was only $6.41, but still!). And I went through with my order because shipping was free for orders over $55, hooray!
The order came in just two days, in a sturdy cardboard box. Everything was perfect - items were quality and just as expected. Nothing was damaged. I actually received an extra binder without any additional costs, so that was pretty fun. My only complaint is that you can't pick the color of some notebooks - they just send you whatever.
Officeworks did a great job. I ordered a new router after my current one broke. Ordered at 10:30 am and I had the router in my hands at 2:00 pm.
