I found a free deal for business cards. I decided to go ahead, to give it a try.
I had to pay $8 for delivery, which is fine. Delivery took around 4 weeks (it said it would take that long, and I guess the product printing was free). They accidentally printed onto the wrong paper, but I didn't bother attempting to get a refund. I image they are much better with products that don't fall under the free promotions.
The idea of the free promotion should be to get you in and give you a good experience so you consider them again for another project. I wouldn't use Vista print again though.
I got 250 basic business cards printed up as I am a freelance writer and researcher going to many networking events these days. I used a coupon code to get one of the mid-level designs that I liked. I only paid about $6 for the cards themselves then upgraded to 7 day shipping and they were at my doorstep in 4 business days. They aren't fancy but I am very happy with them for such a reasonable price.
I ordered some personalised note pads as a Christmas gift and they arrived so swiftly! It was expected to arrive before 30/11/13 and arrived today on the 22nd November!
They were super affordable and the quality is great. Sometimes they cancel orders if you've used a coupon and got the order free.
Overall, happy with Vistaprint and I've changed my mind - I will be back.
I was lured back onto Vistaprint after seeing a free calendar promo, I thought it'd make a good present for a family member. I also ordered a stamp to get free shipping and for my father's business.
Shipping was free for orders over $1 so I chose economy and my calendar and stamp arrived in 10 business days on the 8th of January which was pretty impressive for customised goods!
The site was really easy to browse, uploading was quick and creating everything was simple. Prices are reasonable when they have offers on, not sure I'd buy anything full price because they just have so many great deals.
Will definitely be back, hoping they keep up the great service.
After the great experience with shopping with Vista Print, I thought I'll purchase some more stuff. Browsing through their stuff I saw a Banner I thought I might like. As with the previous order the upload of the image was free, which was really good. I think they normally charge about $5?
Took a bit of time playing with my image and re-uploading to make sure it looked good. I paid only $6 for the banner. They were also giving out free business cards and another free mug. Couldn't really say no to free stuff!
With shipping the standard option was about $18. Its not too bad, but I thought I'll give the slowest option a go. Considering the standard shipping was only 2 days, the slowest option couldn't be too far off. The total shipping for the slow option was only about $11. So the total cost of the order was only about $17!
The shipping was a bit longer than 2 days, but on the site it did state somewhere between 21 days. The package actually arrived on the 9 business day. Still very good considering the price I paid.
The banner was of good quality, very sturdy. The cards are premium ones, which is quite nice and crisp. The mug is great. It's as designed. Only comment is, if you make changes or additions to the standard product (double sided printing, extra holes in the banner, etc) it can cost quite a bit more.
Overall very good experience. You really can't fault this company.
I ordered 2 sets of address labels and a small stamp all or $19.34 including 14 day shipping. All items arrived within a week but I did have a missing rubber piece with my details on it for my stamp. I emailed them through their website to let them know of the missing piece and I received an invoice within 24 hours with a free stamp on it. It arrived with a few days, not only was it the rubber piece but the whole stamp too.

I made a order through vista for a personalised polo shirt. The shirt arrived with the logo looking not how i wanted. I emailed customer service and they were very helpful. They said that they would send me out another polo for free. The new polo arrived and it looks exactly how i wanted. Service was helpful so i would probably buy from them again plus they have the cheapest prices on the market
