Ordering problems and late shipping. But got it eventually.
Order was placed for a Baby Bjorn Miracle Baby Carrier on 8th December 2012. I received a confirmation email immediately.
And then I waited....and waited...and waited.
On 18th December 2012 I contacted Baby Shop Direct via email to request information regarding when the item had been dispatched, as I was unable to use the tracking feature on their website (it did not recognise my transaction).
Baby Shop Direct responded on 19th December 2012, informing me that the item had been sent out that day. I was then able to track the package, which was delivered two days later.
