Asos is one of my favourite places to shop online because they have the best , meaning best variety for fashion for the cheapest divison of prices. I bought a slim jumper and formal golf pants for 40 dollars which included shipping. They arrived surprisingly fast too, within 1-2 weeks. I was extremely satisfied with the clothing.
The product: The coat is of good quality material and true to colour. It fits well and has a good shape. The belt buckle is made of plastic and a little flimsy but that's not much of a problem as I wear it without the belt.
The website: It was very easy to navigate and sale items appear with any product search. Photographs of the product at different angles are provided, however larger sizes of clothing are not seen on models. All products were in Australian sizes and there were many payment options available upon checking out.
The shipping: Shipping was free, and the product arrived in 5 days in a large box.
The price: It cost $38.27 which I consider a good price for a heavy winter coat. Unfortunately, my student discount code didn't apply because the item was already on sale.
I usually love ASOS but this time I was quite disappointed. I ordered 2 t-shirts and some shorts off them. The shorts and one of the t-shirts was too small and the other t-shirt had a large hole in it straight out of the packet. Overall… not very happy.

Service: Service was exceptional. Upon emailing them any queries, you will be notified that they will come in contact with you in 6 hours, which they do not fail to do.
Shipping: Shipping is free for customers in Australia. It is quick and efficient. The only issue I encountered was their promotion indicating orders above 125$ received free express delivery. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional codes.
Pricing: Reasonable. Generally I shop in the Sales section where clothing is most affordable.
Warranty: I had an issue with one product which they requested I sent back (postage paid by them), and they delivered a new product before I had even notified them of resending my faulty product.
You must be careful with colours displayed on the website as they may differ and sizes vary. Even sizes of the same brand differ slightly.
Great prices when their products on sale. Bought a few t shirts and a jacket. No hassle returns policy either - they send you some stickers for returns and makes it all very easy to send to an Australian address so minimal shipping charges
ASOS is massive, so many brands come together to create a wonderful outlet of threads which I enjoy browsing. Sizing is a bit difficult to deal with but that has become simplified with the ASOS size tape, it definitely comes in handy.
I bought a dress with quite a fitted top, measured my bust to get a reading of size 12, ordered in 12 but wish I had sized up as my bits are a bit 'pow' in your face. But I guess that's my error due to inexperience. I should have returned but got lazy with it, I couldn't be bothered buying a post bag to send it back so I'm still working with it (the dress).
My order arrived within a reasonable time frame of about one week and a couple of days. It arrived in a flimsy-feeling bag but since it survived the flight, it was reasonably strong. The dress didn't get damaged so all is well.
The prices are fair, sale prices even greater. I love my purchase and have since re-visited and recommend this site for clothing, footwear, accessories and beauty products cheaper to get online than on Australian shelves.
ASOS provides student discounts on their products. As a student myself i was enticed by that. I purchased various pieces of clothing from their site at a great price. The shipping was extremely fast and arrived within 5 days! The quality of clothing would depend. Some are great and some are fairly poor. I purchased a cardigan which was too big for me and ASOS provided me with a hassle-free refund (just for the cardigan, had to pay for shipping fee myself).
