Don't mind me, I'm just a little addicted
This store is my absolute go-to!! I've never had a problem with them, I admire their organisation and speedy shipping. I can't comment on actual customer service because I've never had to deal with anyone because I haven't had problems yet.

This time, I ordered a lipstick, it arrived in 4 business days which is fantastic! However, it arrived in quite a large box for a lipstick so I reckon they could have placed it in a bag.

Other than that, I am in love with the prices, range and generally how easy the site is to navigate and purchase from. Very user friendly.

I appreciate their discount codes very much, even though over time, my wallet may not.

I ordered two items, a bag and a dress on 19/11 and they arrived 7 business days (28/11) which was good. This site is always so trustworthy and has recently become my favourite online store for fashion and beauty purchases.

This was during the Click Frenzy sale and everything was at 30%, this combined with the permanent free shipping and I'm in love. Was a great shopping experience and I'm very happy with the treatment of my goods as they were each in their own plastic 'bag'. I love carefully packaged goodies.

Highly recommended like always.

Worst Online Shop
I placed an order last evening successfully but 1 hour later, to my surprise, Asos email me stated that they unable to process my order and my order has been cancelled and to complete my future orders.I'll need to send them the following:

-A copy of your passport, ID card or driving licence.
-A copy of your payment card statement dated within the last three months, clearly showing your name and billing address. Please blank out your card number, but leave the last four digits visible.
-The delivery address and the name of the person who will sign for future orders. If this is a work address, please provide the company name.

I never meet such experience like this in other online shops before. It is really ridiculous.

I try to purchase once more last night and the status of my order until this morning is only "Received" , not "Order Processing". I try to ask Asos care so many times with no obvious answer.Finally, I cancel it and reorder the item for the third time!!
Guess what?? This time the status of my order still the same,only "Received" and after 3 hours, I got the same email from Asos stated that they unable to process my order and my order has been cancelled and to complete my future orders.I'll need to send them the following:

ASOS really is my favourite go-to online store for all clothing/accessories/footwear/beauty, everything is so much more affordable and the range is huge!

I ordered a pair of sandals which are so so comfortable on the 27th of October, they arrived on the morning of Halloween (31st of October) so that was very speedy, free shipping - very nice.

It was packaged nicely and I'm very happy with the quick service and the price I purchased at. Forever recommending this store, always reliable from my experiences.

I ordered a few things from ASOS. I love it because I am a student and i got a 10% discount! Shipping was pretty fast came the week after which is good as it came from England. Love it definitely order again!

Asking why 8 items missing, account was banned by customer service name TRUDY
I emailed Asos to ask why 8 items missing from my order. A customer service named TRUDY banned my account. No explanation for me why my items were missing.I paid expensive charges for this order.This order has tracking number, Asos can check whether it's true or not.

Cannot believe Asos can hire such hater to become customer service.
She even scold me and made it a problem about my family member accounts.
I only want to know why and who cause this happen, is it because Asos didn't send complete items, custom people took my items or Skynet lost my items.

It's okay if Asos did not want to responsible but don't treat your longtime buyer like this.

People spend their hard-earned money and willing to wait so long for Asos items but this is what happened when you ask something.
You will find Asos good when no problem with your order but when something's wrong with it, it will be so difficult to solve. Even asking why will result in banning account.No solution, banned account,case closed

Always a mixed bag
With this order I ordered five items to get a big discount. One wrong item arrived, and one dress broke after only one wear.

I had to return them as well as one dress that was just the worst quality. SO, I lost my whole discount, which was a bit frustrating; it seems fairer to have lost the proportionate amount of that discount.

Although I shop frequently at ASOS, I'm finding lately that the quality is a bit bad, and I end up spending a LOT of money shipping clothes back. I'm not ready to give up yet... but I wish they had a better policy on discounts; it's so annoying to lose them when you HAVE to send items back due to faulty clothes or wrong orders.

You buy something because you know you will save money, then you end up not saving any!

I also find that some other sites offer great incentives like free return shipping, sometimes with minimum spend conditions.

I am giving ASOS only a 2 for shipping because bad quality items are sold too frequently, and this means that a person has to pay frequent return shipping costs!

Also, their customer service is so inconsistent. Sometimes they are great, often they seem snappy and annoying.
