This time around, I ordered a Tangle Teezer for a lot cheaper than you would find in Australian hair salons. It arrived swiftly and safely on the 3rd of September (4 business days).

ASOS offers beauty products, RIMMEL included at a much cheaper price as compared to Priceline here in Australia. This time browsing on ASOS the RIMMEL products all seem to be on sale for some reason. Unfortunately the UNidays student code was not valid for this particular sale item. Purchase was shipped the next day and this time I even received a second email by the Melbourne Operations of ASOS 4 days later on the update of my order. Within a week I received the parcel but this time not in the typical ASOS box most of their products come in. Overall a good transaction.
On another note, I made an order the day before and decided within the same hour to cancel the order. No fuss was made and the order was easily cancelled and my card wasn't charged either. I have never cancelled an order before and this was fairly easy.
I've been shopping here for sooo long that I can't even remember how long was that but ASOS never disappoint me that's why I always come back. So this time I'm getting some birthday present done before the items are gone and they're on sales that up to 70% off, of course I'll not let that chance slip away. So I bought a Black Suede Quilted Leather iPad Case for my bf's sister's birthday since she just got her new iPad from work, I also bought myself a Coatigan and a Faux Sherling Snood. They arrived in 7 days as usual. The iPad Case looks exactly the same on the photo and good quality as usual but I thought the colour of the buckle is gold coz on the photo it looks like a gold buckle, well its still looks good anyway. The Coatigan fit nicely and the Snood really kept me warm. Hope my bf's sister like the present and of course yes I'll definitely shop here again.
I have bought online from ASOS several times and never been disappointed with what I receive. The items are quality and I have never had any problems with sizing, although I am very careful with what I choose to buy. This purchase was for an ASOS brand Denim Jacket in Mid Stone Vintage Wash for approximately $45. Shipping was free and faster than expected (about a week). The jacket was exactly the same condition and style as described and fits perfectly. ASOS are definitely one of the most reliable stores to shop online with!
I love shopping at ASOS! It is definitely my go-to online store for clothes, bags and jewellery. I have shopped on ASOS a number of times and had really good experiences so far. Of course there have been times where I have returned item because it didn't fit etc but generally I'm quite satisfied with the items (especially price wise). I really like the black and white layout and it's quite easy to navigate. They have a lot of sale items as well which is also good. And what's not to like about free shipping?? :) (Sometimes shipping can take around 2-3 weeks, but I guess that's what happens when they come from the UK)
On this particular order I ordered an ASOS watch which I love and wear very often!
Only downside is that you have to pay the returns postage yourself. It used to be free returns when you had to return it to the UK but now that they have an Aussie presence they no longer have free returns :((
I have purchased from the UK-based ASOS website numerous times, especially recently as I have noticed improvements they've made to better service the Australian market. In my experience, their customer service has been top-notch.
ASOS has competitive pricing on a huge range of fashion, you can shop in AUD, shipping to Australia is free, and fast, and they have recently made it even easier to return or exchange your purchases.
I had to return one of the items I purchased, a tartan bodycon skirt, because it did not fit properly (the downside to buying clothing online is that you don't get to try before you buy, and with so many brands represented, a size 8 isn't always an 8...) Also, the quality of the ASOS brand items can be hit-and-miss, so the hassle-free return is a huge tick in their favour.
ASOS now have the option of returning purchases to a warehouse in Sydney. I did have to pay for local postage (about $7) but my requested refund was processed promptly, and without fuss. This is the second time in a couple of years that I've had to return a purchase, and knowing that it's straight-forward and won't cost a huge amount despite the retailer being based overseas is just wonderful.
I've been having some trouble with browsing their new mobile site layout (on a Samsung Galaxy Note II) but it's definitely not going to put me off shopping with ASOS again and again.
