I ordered an Asos brand straw hat, and it came before expected, so around 5 working days! Not only was the shipping extremely fast and efficient, the hat was packaged in a giant box to prevent any damage. I thought that was really good and unexpected since I usually purchase clothes from Asos and they come in bags! The shipping also comes with tracking so you can easily find out where your order is! More reasons for me to continue shopping from Asos :)
This skirt is gorgeous and definitely one of my favourite purchases from ASOS. On the website, the item looked flowy and made of cotton though when it came in the parcel it was actually firm, but made of a nice soft neoprene material. The colour was more of a white on the website and the product came more as a cream/off-white shade which was fine by me. I get so many compliments on this skirt, it's definitely a great purchase!
ASOS is a UK based store. I Ordered a pair of trousers, it was dispatched the next day and arrived within a week! Shipping is free and sent with tracking so you know exactly where your parcel is.
Unfortunately the trousers were too big so I had to send it back for a refund. Unfortunately returning items is at your own cost. Fortunately they have an Australian based returns address so posting the trousers back cost about $9.
ASOS processed my refund immediately upon receipt of the returned items.
I purchase from ASOS regularly and this time I purchased a red ASOS brand dress with belt.
The dress was dispatched the day after I made the order and arrived within 6 days (4 working days) which is great considering it is coming all the way from the UK, best thing is the shipping is free too.
I loved the way the dress looked in the picture and when it arrived, it was wrinkly even though it had been folded properly so I think its due to the material, but that can easily be fixed with an iron anyway.
