Prices weren't amazing – just standard. I'd definitely shop around for better prices before I decided to purchase here. They had lots of hard-to-find items, though.

Two emails were sent to enquire about tracking information - the reply was a little slow and the first actually went unanswered. I understand that things can be missed though, and they were very helpful when they did reply.
