City Chic offers a wonderful and very broad range of plus size clothing. Their styles are very current and keep up with other brands. I found the cost to be a little bit more expensive than other larger chain stores plus sections which is a bit disappointing as I have also found the quality to be not as high as you would expect for the price you pay. One pair of jeans lasted me through the winter season.. I have owned cheaper jeans that have lasted me years! My order took just over a week to arrive, so while it wasn't speedy it wasn't exactly slow either. Their customer service isn't as bad as others but it's not great either. I tried to return an evening dress that I had purchased from them however they wouldn't take it as it was outside of the "return time" which I didn't realise as I was saving the dress for a special occasion so hadn't tried it on yet. I think that City Chic needs to make this return policy a bit more obvious as I was quiet disappointed in it seeing as I wasn't aware that was the case. City Chic is definitely one of the nicer styles for plus size clothing and one of the better things about them is that all of the clothes are in the one place and there's no need to go from shop to shop searching for that one perfect fitting piece.. but if you have the time to hunt around and try on other items in the bigger chain stores then definitely give that a go because often you can find really nice things there if you look hard enough!
