I could customise what I wanted in my laptop, I decided to get add-ons which are included in the $900.90 I paid. I purchased 3 yr next business day onsite service, backpack,15 months antivirus and microsoft office package.
The laptop came packaged with foam in a cardboard box, it was secure so the laptop would not be able to be damaged during transit.
I am happy with the laptop and am still using it now, I have had a few minor issues here and there but the customer service team is so hard to get through to so I just work my way around the issues with the laptop.
