Purchased the Coogee outdoor setting which is advertised as UV and weather resistant and after less than a month the black cushions have faded to a pale purple colour.
When I submitted a warranty claim with photo proof I was told this was normal and to be expected. I think not!!! Not after 1 month in less than "Sunny" Victoria. Don't buy from Deluxe Priducts.....clearly dishonest and only out to make a quick buck with no regard for customer service!!!!
Just awful. Has been a Nightmare to purchase a cot for 1st baby nursery. Arrived damaged and faulty, cannot get a satisfactory response from anyone there. Won't be trusting this company again, completely taking advantage of customers.
