Bought quite a bit of stuff with them
Bought quite a bit of stuff from them (3 or 4 lenses). Always arrived quickly in perfect condition. Had some problems with some filters they weren't in stock and took a long time to get in but they refunded and were easy to deal with when I cancelled the order. Can't speak to warranty haven't had to use it. I recommend DWI and will buy from them again.

Excellent fast service
I purchased an EF 75-300mm lens and was really impressed with the price, speed of delivery, and the quality of the packaging materials used. DWI used Toll to deliver which is great for me as I can pick it up from my local newsagent after hours.

Placed two orders with them for photographic equipment, both were shipped within the advertised time frame of two business days with tracking becoming available; parcel markings were accurate; items received in good order consistent with item description on web site; vendor does charge a PayPal surcharge.

The product (Bose QC15 head phone) is a genuine product. Happy with the Bose product as always.
Wish that no additional fee on PayPal. For high cost item (say >$300), DWI should absorb the additional fee from PayPal rather pass it to customer. This will encourage more buyers.

Expectations meet
I purchased a 24-70mm f2.8 Nikon camera lens. The price was competitive but not the lowest on the net but I found other suppliers all had significant negative feed back on different forums.
This was my first purchase of so called grey imports. I do not know if there is a significance to the colour grey but my product is a genuine and does have a genuine 12 month international warranty. In short the product is exactly what ordered.
Regarding the delivery. I was advised of a delivery date and I received the product a day earlier than the commitment date. From my experience I would not hesitate to recommend DWI.
