I have always obtained very good service with several orders from DWI. My last order was for a Fujifilm X30 Digital Camera. This arrived promptly and safely at our Australian address within one week. The only problem was that although 2 camera cleaning cloths were listed, only one was in the parcel.

Sony NW-A25
The DWI service and shipping was excellent, with emails telling me of the ordering and shipping progress. The item delivered within the time-frame advised. This was despite two numbers in the address being reversed by me at the time of ordering.
The item was in a new, unopened box. From the little use I have give this player- it suits my needs perfectly.
My only surprise was that this unit did not come with included normal earphones, or the necessary MDR-NW750N noise cancelling earphones to take advantage of the integrated noise cancelling ability, as I expected. One reason for choosing this player was for the noise cancelling facility built into the player. After finding this, and doing much more digging around many web sites, it is clear that this is the way Sony are marketing/selling this model number, so this was probably partly lack of due diligence on my part. The box says specifically that headphones are not included. Since, by now, most purchases of this product probably have at least one pair of earbuds lying around, this, in itself, is not a problem- just unexpected. The NW-A26 appears to be the same model but with the noise-cancelling MDR-NW750N earphones included. Fortunately, I have been able to purchase a pair of MDR-NW750N earbuds on the street in Japan, and total cost of the player plus the earbuds is less than the NW-A26 price.
There is nothing on the box or in the included paperwork about any warranty limitations. The only note about any restrictions on the player, is that "is only for tourists and is not designed for use in Japan". This, and the English, Chinese and Japanese writing, and references to Sony Indonesia, on the box, suggest it might have been sourced as a tourist product in Japan. I would also suggest that the reason it is not "designed for use in Japan" is that the included FM radio receiver tunes the international FM band of 88-108MHz, and not the Japanese FM band of 68-90MHz.
