Sony action camera
Bought 2 sony action cameras. Talked to the staff via the online Web chat which replied quickly to my messages. They even pointed me towards a shipping discount coupon they currently had. The items were new and were shipped quickly (next day) by DHL. Overall I was very happy with the service and pricing.

Great Service
Delivery was as expected for the price and met the stores timeframe. I purchase a Canon 630EX RT which has performed better than I expected. Nikon D 7100
Camera arrived in good condition. Very fast delivery and well packed. Instruction manual in foreign language, probably Japanese and is of no value to user. Had to download pdf English manual to hard drive which is no good out in the field. Not sure that I would use eGlobal again only for this reason.

i had a slight problem with my order at first, but i soon found out i did not understand your ordering system, and that my order was already under way as a guest (i did not join up until after i placed my order), so the end result was that i received my new phone from Hong Kong only 5 bus. days after placing order, and it is just as described, so could no be happier.

Product they sent me was a Korean model (they did provide an AU plug).
Overall this was fine, but would have been nice to know before hand. I don't believe there was mention of this in the product description.
