Excellent shipping experience, with my order arriving earlier than expected. However, upon opening the delivery, the manufacture's packaging stated "European SIM Card Only" - which caused some concern as we are in Australia. We sent an email back to the eGlobal team, who quickly responded explaining that the phone will work with Australian SIM card... which it did. Very happy with the purchase.

It's amazing... where tech is concerned Australia is 3rd world. Have to buy online to get this phone when in Aust they still sell the A3 2014 version for more. Cant even get this 2016 model yet. Great phone. Thin. And the wife loves it and she normally prefers apple. Good for apple users who wish to stay with a smaller profile phone.
