Great and Cheap
Love it postage was super quick and was the cheapest price I could get in the world. Item arrived from Hong Kong to Australia in 5 days in perfect condition.
This is the second camera and SD card I've bought from them, both have come exactly as described. The camera box wasn't sealed, but the product is 100% genuine. Prices are always better than the competition and shipping with insurance is always cheap too. Will definitely purchase from eGlobal again. I've never tried to claim something through warranty or had a defect, so can't comment on their service or performance in this situation.
Bought Xiaomi international version phone. Very nice phone. Very responsive staff. They informed me that they were out of stock and advised me of ETA, sent it before the ETA date.

Good delivery timeframe but could improve on being proactive
I waited for a few days before I decide to send an email to ask when my phone will be delivered. Store responded within 24hrs advising that the phone I ordered is out of stock and stock will only arrive the following week then dispatch to me. It arrived as advised 2 days after dispatch.
The store could have been more proactive in advising the stock situation and delivery time.

Nexus 5X
Ordered a Nexus 5X from here on a long weekend. Once the order was confirmed, the phone was on my doorstep 2 days later in Perth from Hong Kong. It's taken longer to deliver goods from eastern states before, really excellent delivery from eGlobal. Can't really comment on warranty as I haven't had any issues yet.
