I bought my goods during the massive sale when they were cutting brands from their stockists so the pricing was amazingly good. It was half price the sale price, so I managed to save up to 60-70% off really good items like Melissa boots. The shipping was a bit strange, but not in a bad way. They shipped goods as soon as they received each item - so they weren't sent altogether, but separately. It was free if you spent over 100$, so it didn't really matter how they shipped my goods in that case. I got them very fast and I'm very satisfied with my purchases.
I was looking for a specific item but couldn't find it instore so I had to order online. Myer offers free shipping when you spend over $100 so I just added in a small item to make the figure.
From past experience, the items are shipped fairly quickly so I am hoping to receive it this week!
I placed an order for click and collect but they didn't have some items available so a customer service team member called me and offered me free shipping for those items.

Myer was having a stock clearance sale, instore was too busy to shop so I decided to go online and shop.

I received email notifications of tracking details, when it was in the area for collection and delivery notification once it was picked up.
My experience was quick and easy with the ease at mind of email notifications of tracking the items.
Postage was excellent, bubble wrapping and in big boxes. I was happy with both items received.
I ordered some new tea towels from the Myer online store during a few postage promotion.
The Myer website was easy to use when I searched for tea towels and I found the checkout process simple to navigate.
My order shipped quickly and I was kept up to date with my orders movements via email. When my parcel arrived, it was well packed and the tea towels were as described.
I was really happy with this purchase and would readily order from Myer online again.
I ordered some perfume from Myer during a free shipping promotion as they had the best online price I could find.
The website was easy to use and the ordering process was simple.
Shipping was relatively quick to WA and care had gone into the packing of the order, however the box was still a little squished when I opened the parcel. This isn't an issue as I bought the perfume for myself, however this would be a problem had I bought it as a gift.
Overall, I am really happy with this purchase and would happily purchase from Myer online again in future.
