Ordered a small camera case, with pick up in store.
They have an online chat service, who can assist with enquiries. As i wasnt sure of the internal size of the case i asked for assistance (the website had dimensions but didnt specify if it was internal or external).
The dimensions on site and what i was advised by the assistant didnt match, so i was advised to go in store and check it out for myself. Not the greatest experience, but at least they tried.
My order was confirmed the same day and was notified via email that it was available to pick up from my selected store the same day. Excellent turnaround time. I picked it up in store the next day, only requiring my name and ID to pick it up.
There was a slight wait to pick it up, as there was only one assistant who was serving, but i wasnt in a rush.
Overall, a good experience, considering Harvey Norman is only starting to build and develop its online presence. Quick turn around time for my order to be prepared and available, which was great, but this may be store dependent.

Ordered an Xbox 1 Game with pickup at a nearby store that was showing my item being in stock.
Harvey Norman seems to offer specials on XB1 games every now and then, with the pricing being quite competitive.
Happily, i was sent an email to state that my order was able to be picked up the same day, which was nice and quick.
Not being free that day, i decided to pick up my item the next day. Pick was relatively simple, with my ID and order ID being the main requirements (as well as waiting in line) to get my order.
Once my item was picked up, i found i was later emailed a tax invoice too.
Happy with the price and purchase, and would buy from Harvey Norman again. Most likely best to try to go during quieter hours/times to pick up your item so you don't need to wait long in line
Frequent sales for Next Gen consoles. Free in store pickup
Ordered an XB1 game to add to my collection, with free pickup in store.
After confirming (online) that my closest store had the game i was after in stock, I placed my order. Payment via PayPal was quick and easy.
I received a confirmation of my order within minutes. Later that day i was sent an email stating that my email was available for collection.
I picked up my item at the designated Online Pickup counter. Happily, i did not need to wait long for service as it was quiet, and was in and out within 5 minutes.
Overall, a great experience and I will continue to look out for more games at good prices.

Ordered a USSB stick for free pickup at my local store
I received a confirmation email of my order the same day and another email, confirming that my item was available to pick up a few hours later.
I picked it up the next week, only requiring to show my Order ID and ID.
Overall, a quick and smooth experience
The main thing that i find a little annoying, is that you provide your contact details (eg. mobile number) and some staff/stores will message/contact you to let you know your item is available, while others will only send out an email. I wish they would make it consistent - if i leave a contact number, i normally wish to be notified via a call/sms, rather than having to keep constantly checking my emails.
As I said in my previous review that I'd shop from here again, here's the proof! :)
I purchased an antivirus from Harvey Norman recently and to avoid shipping cost which is around $10, I've decided to try their pick up service.
For me it only took 2 days for them to prepare my purchase for the pick up.
5 days after I've received the email, I visited one the store I've chosen at the time of the purchase.
I approached the customer service desk and it took them more than 20 minutes to finally find my stuff; However, when I double checked my item, apparently they did not get the right one and when I told them which item I'm after they only opened the security packaging and let me go with it.
Although it does not affect my experience, I think Harvey Norman definitely needs to improve their staff training, facilities, or anything that has something to do with their online pick up service.
