I have ordered & bought items from iiBuy since 2010. Although they are within walking distance from where I live they INSIST on payment upfront (on-line) unlike MSY who accept on-line orders with payment on pick up.
One issue I have is they advertise a 1.5% payment surcharge but then (illegally) add 2% on check out. This was pointed out about eight months back (in writing) but still exists.
As well items are shown as "in stock" but rarely are so if you expect to pick it up in a day - wrong! It's generally about a week after payment.
I've had mixed dealings with them, some good but some shockers. The staff in the store seem almost like automatons who drift around in a daze, often oblivious to customers who walk in & are regarded as invisible.
I seriously doubt I will use iiBuy again as they are significantly dearer than places such as MSY & they never learn by their mistakes. The owner I suspect has a death wish as customers take a back seat.
