I bought a bunch of N64 controllers from them and to save on shipping they allowed me to pick up the item locally. I was able to pick it up from their warehouse the following day. Unfortunately, the controller broke after a few weeks of use so I went back to the store and they replaced it with a new one no questions asked! Can't ask for anything more.
