Have orderred a dvd ( true blood) and it came great , quick and with no problems, would definetly recommend store ! I after needed to exchange dvd ( ordered incorrect) and had no problems doing it on store afterwards
$20 for a compilation CD is alright price, but it was a pre-order and I could enter a competition with it so it was a great buy and with free shipping, it would be the same as in store.
Came relatively quickly as soon as it was out and was delivered in bubble packaging with receipt.
I found a certain children's DVD that I was looking for, from the DIBO the Gift Dragon series. The price was under $10 and the postage price was a steal! only 99c, I was very impressed and purchased it straight away! I must say it is possibly the cheapest postage I've seen so far! The DVD arrived promptly, and I would shop from there again & again! Additionally, I would recommend their online store rather than the retail store, cause I think you could score a few bargains there!
I ordered a collection of 3 blu-rays online for delivery to my home. I had trouble findng these titles in different stores, and the one that was widely avaliable was $3 cheaper including shipping.
Service was great as I received communication through the confrimation, picking notification and finally shipping confirmation.
Fast delivery, received 4 days after order which was in a week of a public holiday. I would recommend as hassle free, cost effetive ay of buying blu rays.
I was a little disappointed in my order from JB Hi-Fi! I'm a keen customer at the bricks-and-mortar store, but when it comes to ordering a DVD online (as it wasn't in the store), JB leaves a lot to be desired.
The site and purchasing process was somewhat difficult to navigate, particularly with a pre-paid voucher, and I didn't really know what to expect from the purchasing process. Even though I was picking up in-store rather than having the item shipped directly to my house, it took six days to even receive the notification that it had arrived, and I was uncertain the entire time as to whether my item had been shipped from the supplier and there were no estimates to help me determine how long it would take.
The item was in good condition upon pick-up and was exactly as ordered, but considering it was a recent series (the third season of Misfits), I was disappointed in the shipping time and the lack of communication. JB may be cheaper than its competitors, but it seems that customer service is sacrificed somewhere in the business process.
