JB Hi-Fi is great when it comes to range and products they have in stock but I often find the delivery side can be a little slow. If you are buying gifts make sure you allow at least a week to ensure they arrive on time.
I pre ordered a CD and was told on the day of release by JB that I would receive it late but would receive a 50% refund. I am still waiting for that refund. JB Hi-Fi are good offline but need a lot of fine tuning online.
Very cheap for Australian stock (Aussie packaging, ratings etc). Free shipping is good, order was split into multiple packages which is a nice bonus to get everything asap. Would use again
I ordered a Garmin NUVI 5.0 for $88 to pick up in store. That part went pretty well, paying for it and getting email by midday to say it was ready for pick up, but getting it was very slow. I presented my email confirmation at main desk to be told to go to the side area. Then waited to be served there and finally when served, it had to be 'found' which took around 10 minutes. Then taken back to the main register- why? I don't know as it had been paid for? and took another 10 minutes. Other than that things went well, just very slow.
