I ordered some jewellery from brands exclusive. When I checked the next day there was no order in the history but my credit card has been charged for the amount by the company called Ariel jewellery and not brands exclusive . There is no contact number to speak with customer service . I have no idea how to resolve this as they haven't even provided me with an order number either. Should I contact fair trading
The purchased items never arrived, although the tracking showed it was with the delivery courier after 5 weeks of sale end. This was my 1st reluctant purchase; the wait time to receive the goods you've paid for is way too long. I will never purchase anything from here again. Waste of time and unnecessary stress to save a few bucks. I'm giving it 1 star for service as refund wasn't a hassle.
I placed my first order with Brands Exclusive for some earrings. I live in an area where there aren't lots of jewellery stores. I appreciated being able to find some earrings that were a bit unusual in their design.
I received email notification on 20 January that my order had been sent via eParcel with a tracking number, and my order arrived promptly. My order was wrapped well and it was in good condition.
I ordered a waffle blanket and they sent me a dirty one. I was not impressed and would not recommend them The suppler should have checked the quality before dispatching.
I ordered some new bedding today from 2 difference sales and it allowed me to get a shipping discount, rather than charging me 2 shipping fees. The products are good and from reputable brands. Pricing is excellent, some up to 70% off the retail price.
I have purchased many items from this store. Most items have been great. Very easy to deal with for refunds. I love that you can can phone for help and it is not an overseas call centre. The negatives postage/shipping is very very slow. They have also changed the way you pay for your purchases and it can be a bit expensive.
