I ordered 2 Lacoste polos from Brands Exclusive because they were very cheap ($60 each - in stores you can find them for $100+). The order was quite slow in being placed although apparently that was down to order volume. I received the order promptly and was very happy with the result.
Have purchased multiple times off the site before. I usually purchase clothing or homewares. The prices are usually cheaper compared to what you find in the shops. The down side is it can take weeks for delivery as they have to wait till the sale ends. There are also times when they don't have stock of the item you order, as a result they just give you refund or store credit.
I have found replies to any contact I have sent very slow. For the first time, I have sent an item back & 8 days after them receiving it (as per the tracking receipt), I am still waiting for a credit.
I am purchasing in New Zealand & as they have no drop-off here it makes it too expensive by way of postage if you have to return an item. For that reason I would not recommend them for NZ customers.
I ordered a waffle blanket and they sent me a dirty one. I was not impressed and would not recommend them The suppler should have checked the quality before dispatching.
The purchased items never arrived, although the tracking showed it was with the delivery courier after 5 weeks of sale end. This was my 1st reluctant purchase; the wait time to receive the goods you've paid for is way too long. I will never purchase anything from here again. Waste of time and unnecessary stress to save a few bucks. I'm giving it 1 star for service as refund wasn't a hassle.
I ordered some jewellery from brands exclusive. When I checked the next day there was no order in the history but my credit card has been charged for the amount by the company called Ariel jewellery and not brands exclusive . There is no contact number to speak with customer service . I have no idea how to resolve this as they haven't even provided me with an order number either. Should I contact fair trading
