Still waiting, help desk/support waste of time - nearly two weeks for someone to pull the item off the warehouse shelf and send it - I'd accept a delay in the delivery but not fulfilment. No where on their web site do they define "in stock fast delivery" as obviously Mobicity's definition is different from most people - I cannot recommend purchasing from this site. As for the pricing - others are cheaper but went with them as I mistakenly thought they were a reputable company
Same but never got mine after 5 weeks before I decided to cancel the order due to frustration of their service.
Bought samsung galaxy note cover and have waited over 5 weeks for it. Numerous exchanges have been made with vague excuses such as "technical issues" and "system errors". The item is actually been in back order the entire time I found out today and the website hasn't been changed at all to notify future customers that their product isn't actually available. Buy the product elsewhere.
Annoyed by the customer service that is not helping just saying sorry and will send you when it's already shipped.
The items I ordered are in stock, fast delivery and also currently in stocked which means in their website ready to ship either at the same day or the next day.
In reality I have to wait for 12 days with the same status Pending Fulfillment A.
Honestly this is my second purchase. First one was a CAT phone and it was just fine I received it before Christmas. But now this 2014, their service is going down! Extremely bad communication, customer service Kimberly was not helping at all.
