When I went to the website, I browsed through the items featured and selected the items that I wanted to buy which were an exfoliant, a lipstick and a facial scrub. The prices were reasonable and delivery was $9.95 within Australia. After I added all these items to my shopping cart, I proceeded to the check out and paid for the things with my credit card. The delivery of the items was completed after 5 days. A confirmation of the order was confirmed in my email.

I always have the most pleasant shopping experience with Adore Beauty! From the very first 5 minutes of browsing the site a real person asks me in the online chat if I wanted any help. To that I replied asking for highlighter recommendations. She asked for my foundation shade and chose some highlighters she thinks would suit me. They're so helpful!
I ended up purchasing the liquid highlighter from Becca and also a duo pack of Beach Tints. Very pleased with my order, the prices aren't US cheap but the great service and great coupons which give you gifts with purchase make it worth it.
Oh and did I mention the free shipping they normally have? I was too excited for my order to arrive so I paid a bit more for express shipping My order (which I made on Sunday) just arrived today with all my freebies as well! So happy with Adore Beauty!
Love Adore Beauty, reliable fast shipping with two free samples and a Tim Tam as always! However,a bit disappointed at the product. I've ordered my second bottle of Alpha-H Age Delay Anti Wrinkle Night Treatment. It has been a great night cream for my combination skin. It was moisturising enough and didn't break me out. However, having used the second bottle for a week, my face has started to break out and it is just not doing what the first bottle did for my skin such as even my skin tone and smoothing. I've also noticed the texture and colour is much much lighter than the first bottle. I am not sure if there has been any change to the product, or my skin just has become so used to the moisturiser, or it is just not the right night cream for the winter season. Anyways, a bit disappointed at the second bottle, and it is always a pain to have to keep searching for another "right moisturiser".
I have been shopping at Adore Beauty for about eighteen months. Their website is easy to navigate. They have a wide range of brands that you often cannot find easily in Australia. Their prices are competitive when compared to other online beauty stores.
If you sign up to receive their emails, you receive regular offers, gift with purchases etc, but they do not bombard your inbox.
I live in a regional area and my orders have always arrived promptly. Even though they offer free postage, I usually pay extra for express postage. Each of my orders included a free Tim Tam and at least one small beauty-related sample.
