I hadn't used Target online before and found the website quite intuitive when searching for items, moving house I needed to purchase some bath towels. I found the product selection easy and checkout process straightforward. I received the order 5 business days later, well packaged and good quality. I will most likely shop here again.
I bought a cooler bar online at target. I never received confirmation of purchase and my account was never debited. Manager of target were very helpful as they gave me the purchase for the I line price and made sure my account wasn't debited twice. Online website is unfortunately quite unreliable however customer care and instore managers are great
On the 06/06/2013 i ordered a 'George Foreman Compact Gril' for the grand total of $3.86! On the 11/06/2013 i received notification that my order had been dispatched to my local store and on the 20/06/13 i was notified that my order was ready for collection.Today i collected my order and it was as described.
As this was a click and collect order there was no charge for shipping.

Ordered a fleecy blanket and mattress protector. As my order was over $40, i was allowed click and collect at my nearest store. Free delivery is offered for orders over $75.
I received a confirmation email, with my item being marked as shipped the next day. Shipping is via Toll with a tracking number.
My order arrived at my chosen store 4 days later with an email confirmation sent to notify me. The email also included instructions and a barcode for picking the item up.
Happy with the whole experience, and the blanket was nice. Have yet to use the mattress protector.
Will be more than likely to purchase from Target again.
Its also great that you can register your details and fly buy card (if you have one) to collect more points for your purchase too. Makes further purchases from Target a quick(er) process.
Bought an iPad from them when they have 10% OFF for one-day only sell... Don't need to wake up early to compete with others, or maybe no stocks in the store you go.
I bought it straight after 12:00 am with free delivery to my house.
P.S, Both Target & Big W RRP for iPad are cheaper than Apple Store, about $25-$30 cheaper..
I purchased a Hipod Booster Seat online and opted to pick it up at my local store. So easy as I could pick it up when it suited me. I also love shopping online with no delivery fee! Very happy with how easy the whole process was and would certainly pick this option again. My booster seat was ready to pick up in less than a week - perhaps because they had them in stock at my store too.
I like to research a whole bunch of products before I buy them online. I wanted a new hair curler and a few blogs suggested that the thin ones were better than the thick wands.
So I looked for one and Target's was competitively priced so I ordered it.
I organised it to arrive in store so that postage was free, and then gleefully took it home. Unfortunately it was pretty average and I don't use it much.
Some stores seem to have super vigilant buyers who find amazing products at bargain prices. But I don't think target is one of those stores: I think the cheaper prices reflect cheaper quality.
If you have researched the item you want, for instance brand-name items, and it is cheaper at Target, I can recommend their quick and transparent service. But for cheaper products, I think you can buy a better quality bargain elsewhere.
I would only shop at target online again if I were buying things I was very familiar with.
