I realized there was a bookstore just down the street that was selling the books i needed for the same price without the need for a 20 dollar membership just after I bought my copy.
So, not too happy about that.
Shipping was average, took about 2-3 days to arrive in the mailbox.

Expensive!
I purchased my psychology textbook (Psychology Themes & Variations v9) from the website since it was unavailable from any other websites as it was a newest edition. I even purchased membership to reduce costs of shipping and get a discount on the item. Items purchased from Co-op will be brand new and the shipping is quite decent (roughly 5 business days). However unless there is no other place you can purchase textbooks I wouldn't shop here again since there are usually cheaper textbooks available elsewhere.

Great Experience
I ordered two Sydney Uni jumpers and one set of shorts with a gift card.
I received a call almost immediately after I ordered saying one of the jumpers and the shorts were out of stock, and I could either have a refund or they'd be posted separately as soon as they arrived. I chose to have the jumper sent later, and a refund for the shorts.
The first jumper arrived 3 days after my order, along with a refund on a gift card for the shorts. The second jumper arrived a few weeks later.
The whole thing was painless and customer service was great. The store was very helpful with the out-of-stock items and it was hardly an inconvenience at all.
Pricing is also fantastic and the jumpers are so comfortable!
