I bought three, yes THREE, Rize Up Oversized scarves for $6 from Cotton On. The quality of these are unbelievably amazing. So warm, but not the overly heavy material that weighs down your neck. Exactly what I wanted! I bought it in black, khaki and cream; all three of the colours looked a little bit darker than on the website but nothing that made it seem like a different product all together. I also bought a $1 Sunset Beanie to make the $50 free shipping limit, and my mum loves it. She says it's warm and it looks adorable, bargain!
Together with these products I bought my brother a pair of Lachlan Shorts in khaki, and a Ecru Zip Hoodie in 'charcoal marle' which is basically a dark grey. Both of these products are great, exactly how they were pictured on the website. The jumper is warm, and very soft on the inside and the shorts fit perfectly to size. Cotton On is one of my favourite online stores and I will continue to shop here! Recommended :-)
Cotton on was having a massive winter sale so bought a huge amount of belts, beanies and scarves. Shipping is free over $50 so took advantage of that. The order took less than a week to arrive and everything was packaged individually. As always it was pleasant shopping on the site.
I took advantage of their "7 undies for $30" offer they had running and all of the items which I received were of great quality.
I also ordered some invisible socks which you can wear with ballet flats, but I wanted them to wear with my low-cut converse because I don't like the sight of socks and guess what? No sock-sighting! These socks are super soft and have a bit of elastic which make them stay, so no slipping down past your heel.
Lastly, I bought a pair of biker boots but there was something wrong with the cut of them, so they bunched at the top edge. I immediately contacted Cotton On through their "Contact Us" page on their website and got a response within the hour. Stacey had apologised for the inconvenience and asked whether I wished to get a refund or exchange to which I responded with "exchange". Her reply was that she had shipped off a new product for me and I would receive it within 10 working days. I'm so pleased with the customer service, I had taken photos at the ready in case they didn't believe me but no questions were asked. I will happily shop at Cotton On again! Great service & reliable.
Cotton On provides a very fast shipping service. Shipping fee is free for orders over $50 but is also reasonably priced at $10 for orders under $50. I purchased accessories and clothing and they were all packed individually and neatly in a big box. For the amount paid, the quality of the clothing and bag are well made and are still in great condition.
On the 28/04/2013 i ordered 'Kids Stickers :: 720649-04 Style: ORANGE, Size: SOLID' from Cotton On and the item arrived arrived approximately 10 days from ordering as described.
There was no charge for shipping as i ordered during a free shipping promotion.
The products I purchased were a soft bralette, a couple of tube tops, two crop singlets and a white scoop neck top.
First, the negatives were the quality of the singlet and the scoop neck t-shirt. The white t-shirt was so sheer I literally have to wear the white crop top underneath it to go out in public because everyone could see my bra. The two tube tops, they were made with good quality but I think it was more the way it sat on my body more than how it was made. Decent product but not for me.
The positive was the soft bralette was gorgeous. Same bright fuchsia on the website, however it does lose it's colour. Shipping within Australia is pretty fast, I usually get my packages within seven days.
Overall, these products weren't that great but I have had previously good experiences with Cotton On. I just know now to stay away from buying white shirts! Other than that they're quality is great. If you don't know about sizing, just pop into your local Cotton On and then buy off the website when they have it on sale. :)
I ordered quite a few items from Cotton On (9 in total) from a few of the different Cotton On labels (Cotton on Body, Kids & Typo), and i really appreciated the fact that all these brands could be purchased, paid for, and delivered in the one order (not many brands do this).
Plus, all those items from their different brands allowed for free delivery for me. :)
