Item never delivered, Refund process lengthy and difficult
Attempted to order a remote control helicopter
Didnt receive my item after 4 weeks, so i sent an enquiry email as to the status of my order.
I was asked to wait a further 2 weeks for delivery and provided a tracking number (which, even after 4 weeks, had not been registered and thus was untrackable).
Despite this, i still waited the 2 weeks as requested, and my item still hadnt arrived. So i contacted them again notifying them that i still hadnt received my item.
Numerous back and forth emails ensued, offering me store credit, with no interest of a refund. After 2 months, they finally stopped trying to offer store credit and agreed to a refund. Hopefully i get it as promised.
My first (i think) bad experience with Tmart and quite frustrating.
Based on past purchase satisfaction with them, I'll be buying from them again, but would just recommend to be careful and persistent with items not delivered and demanding a refund.
At that time they had UltraFire CREE 950LM LED Flashlight listed for $14 as bargain item. Normally I get CREE Flashlight with bike holder, 2 batteries and holder for $22 on eBay, so I thought Tmart selling for $14 dollars must be good deal.
Only after I received the item I realised that $14 is only for the flashlight, excluding batteries, bike holder and charger. Felt a bit ripped off at that time but I went and double check the website and that's what I ordered. Oh well, can't complain too much about that.
The pricing is average. There's an issue with the track order link that they sent via email, it doesn't work unless you remove the port numbers in the URL.
Another little cheap item to satisfy my addiction to receiving things in the mail.
This $1.99 (not worth $1.99) went down to 1c with the coupon from OzBargain. It also had free shipping (not sure if the coupon made it free or if it already was)
Shipping was average, better than I expected though, don't buy anything from here if you need it urgent or within 2 weeks etc.
The screwdriver itself is very tiny and cheaply made, almost like a one use item, I would not have paid more than 10c or 20c for it usually.
Tmart are very prompt with their emails as always and they offer PayPal which is great. The website is fairly easy to navigate too.
Perfect MP3 player, the price is very favorable, $ 20, I was in America, so the goods three days to go, the shipping soon, I will visit again tmart. When I got the Zonoki Z-W89, I could not wait to try it out on my next workout session. Although the instructions came in Chinese, it was not hard to figure out how to add my music to the headphones.
One cable to charge them all. Good price, average delivery time.
Due to having so many gadgets and devices that needed different cables to charge, i decided to buy a 2 in 1 cable that had a lightning connector tip which could be removed, revealing a microUSB tip underneath.
This way, i could carry one cable, capable of charging different devices. in my mind, quite convenient.
My item was marked as shipped 9 days after my payment, to arrive after another 2 weeks. So overall, just over 3 weeks for my item to arrive. Not the best shipping times I've experienced before, but still within my 1 month expectation.
As for the cable itself, it works as advertised, to a degree. It is able to charge my iPad (lightning connector) and my smartphone (microUSB) but only on "slow charge". But for the price and the convenience of only needing to carry one cable to charge the majority of my devices, I'm OK with longer charging times.
Will continue to buy from Tmart, just hoping their shipping standards dont drop.
Only took the suppliers 2 weeks to deliver my aluminium card holder which costs, $1 and with free shipping, it was even better quality than the one at my local $2 store
Found this deal on OzBargain, decided to get one, one cent, why not!! Signing up and ordering wasn't too hard, decent server speeds and a nice clean website, I was also drawn into looking at their other items but didn't purchase anything else. The shipping was free and is strange that they can afford the item and the shipping for 1c! Well they got themselves a new user from it, they do send you a few emails regarding your order and quite a few "newsletters" which were easy to unsubscribe from.
The item came a few weeks later, shipping wasn't the fastest but for a 1c item with free shipping, I'm not complaining. Arrived in a standard hong kong eBay style bag, so well protected, especially for a tiny screwdriver.
Not sure what I did with the screwdriver though...
