Thanks for all your posts people, after 13 weeks of waiting i have now also lodged a complaint with the department of fair trading, i'll go to the bank today, and the police,...im looking for their phone number so i can start calling,..
does anyone actually have any real hope for a refund? Not that im planning on giving up,.....
Please tell us what did they say at the bank about the refund! But I think they can't help us.

Import stock are theives. No intention of delivering the product purchased.. cant let them get away with this.. must continue to hunt them down by any means possible

waiting six weeks for a nokia mobile phone. By reading the reviews it looks like I have done my money cold.
Not sure if it is worth lodging a complaint. Looks like they were still trading when they had no chance of filling their orders. Just a scam.

I ordered and paid for a lens on 28 June which they did not have in stock so promised a refund on 7 July and today is 9 Sept. Their Australian phone contact is fake as it suggests email (importstock.com) now does not respond and the gmail does not go through. A Hong Kong company basing a Australian business & and au domain with CBA bank account. Happy to hear from other on {contact removed for safety and privacy} before I take this any futher

Ordered a Canon 1dx camera for close to $5200. Paid by direct deposit. Have rang my Bank and have put in paperwork to try to recover funds. I'm going to ring my bank on Monday to see how it's going but don't like my chances.
