Great Experience
I ordered a pair of Walnut Melbourne shoes from The Iconic on a whim after seeing them on sale and reading great reviews about them on The Iconic and other websites.

I was really apprehensive about buying shoes online as I was concerned about getting the sizing wrong, but after reading the reviews and looking through my own shoe collection I felt fairly confident that I had the sizing correct.

The shoes arrived really quickly and they were lovely, but as I had feared, they were the wrong size, they were a touch too small.

I was able to return the shoes without any fuss at all and was able to get a store credit for the cost of the shoes. I would have chosen a pair in a larger size, however they were out of stock.

While I am still apprehensive about buying shoes from an unfamiliar brand online, this was a really positive experience and I would highly recommend The Iconic to others.
Before the wedding photographs are taken, the bride will carefully dress herself up. It is also necessary to take a perfect wedding photo and not just simply dress herself. It is also necessary to understand the skills.

WRONG SIZE SENT TWICE - STILL WAITING
I ordered a UK size 8 shoe. I was sent a UK size 7 shoe. I sent this back, but was sent another UK size 7 shoe instead of a UK size 8. When I contacted The Iconic, they said they'd get back to me within 1 business day. They didn't. I contacted them again. I was once again told I'll be contacted within 1 business day. 11 days have now passed, with still no resolution in sight. The customer service representative I last chatted to would not immediately escalate the issue to his manager. I had to ask him to escalate it whilst I was chatting to him.

I've also had to make 3 trips to the post office because the courier they use couldn't be bothered to bring the delivery to my door. There was someone home at all times on each delivery day.
