The iconic are really good to order from for clothing. I have ordered a few times and the service it always great. I like the fact they have an online chat option so you can still get that human service online. Everytime I have ordered there have been sales, the shipping is free and it turns up next day. The products I have ordered have been good quality. What more could you ask for.
Absolutely amazing! Great prices, especially when they have sales, also reward you for shopping and signing up to their newsletter. Great to get a hard copy of the newsletter too in the mail. Shipping always arrives next day when ordered before 2pm and staff are super helpful all the time.
First time I have used the website. Great range of baby clothes. Purchased two dresses which where on sale for $13.95, currently $35 at David Jones. Free postage. If you sign up for the newsletter, you will receive a $10 voucher to use towards a purchase of $50 or more within 31days. Shipping took 3 days. On 14/03/2013 I purchased two pair of flats, one brown and one black from The Iconic website.
The total order amount was $60.92. I condisered this amount was cheap for two pair of flats. Shipping was free, which was a bonus !
The items arrived quick and packaging was well wrapped. There was no issues with the items themselves. However, the black pair of flats did not fit me.
I when online to chat with a staff from The Iconic the following day to inform them of the size matter. They advised me to return the item and they will issue a refund. Their service was good and fast, very polite and understanding.

It was christmas and I had no time to do my Christmas shopping. We had KK in our circle of friends and I needed to get a present for my KK quick fast.

Clearly one of the best online retailers in Australia, they are easy to use, have a clean uncluttered website and post same day so you get it within 2 days at most. Pays to keep an eye on their short term discounts as the savings are quite large if you get onto them in time.

I have shopped with this store numerous times before and so I knew that I could expect a fast turn around from the time of purchase (Monday night) to delivery (which was Wednesday afternoon). Throughout the process, TheIconic kept me posted about when it had been 'picked, packed and posted !'. They also supplied me with a tracking number so that I could watch where my item was at different times. I purchased the Therapy - 'Wes' boot in brown and the only negative was that it was still full priced during end of financial year sales (however, as a subscriber I receive their quarterly magazine which usually comes with coupon codes such as $15 off a purchase when you spend $59 or more). I also googled TheIconic discount codes, and I managed to get $10 off the full price of purchase in the end. Delivery was $4.95, with the option of 3 hour fast delivery which would have been $9.95.
In my experience, TheIconic has provided the fastest standard delivery time - which in this case was 1.5 business days. It does also provide the option of express delivery which is within 3 hours of purchase (during business hours).
