I have been ripped of to the tune of $250.00 over two orders by this company. My orders have not been supplied to me despite paying for them almost a month ago. According to their website at the time both orders were supposed to be dispatched within the week. I wrote them last week (almost tree weeks later) voicing my concerns, advising them that I'd received nothing and requested a refund. They totally ignored the issues and responded by sending the second order! I haven't received the second order either. They did nothing to investigate where my first order had gone to, they simply sent the second order despite me asking for a refund. NOW they tell there'll need to be an investigation raised before I can receive a refund. So far they've done NOTHING they said they would. DO NOT order from this company.
