Nasty Gal is one of my favourite online clothing stores. It has a great range of well known labels and the clothing items are always on trend. Items can be expensive mainly in the US$50-$150 range but sales items can be as low as US$10. Shipping was on time, about a week and a half to get to NZ and shipping rates are very cheap at $15 for the cheapest option. I have also returned a few items to Nasty Gal and they were very fast and efficient at emailing back to me and refunding the money. I would definitely keep purchasing from Nasty Gal
Ordered the 4 week standard delivery, and it came in 2 weeks! very please with the fast delivery, Great condition, fits perfectly! Definitely recommend !
Nasty Gal is definitely one of my favourite stores! Their fashion items are always the latest in trend and if you catch their sales, completely worth it!
But this particular order I ordered the JC rumbles in rust suede. I was not pleased, because of the way the boots were pictured, i expected a mustard yellow, instead i received a bright orange! Which is such a shame because the quality and fit was basically perfect.
But the weird thing was it was only this particular item. I've ordered from Nasty Gal loads, and their items are always true to picture which is why I didn't hesitate to place my order. Guess I need to do a bit more research on the item next time.
Shipping was brilliant, fast and cheap. Flatrate of $15, which is a godsend especially when you're ordering shoes!
Over all I definitely recommend. Just note that sometimes some items are not true to picture.
This year I seem to have had a bad run with online shopping where the bad outweighs the good - usually it's the opposite.
My Nasty Gal order was part of this trend. I waited eagerly for this package and was so frustrated by the contents. The Persuasion Lace crop top turned out to be by cheapy label Glamorous- a detail they had omitted from the description. The Metallic Crop top was stiff and weirdly cut so it would not sit flat against my skin.
On the other hand, the customer service rep was so amazing. She emailed me a UPS label and I was able to return these items at no charge.
All in all, I am in two minds about Nasty Gal: I have heard their stock often doesn't live up to the glamorous images on their site, as it didn't for me in this situation... But they were so nice about the return!
Nasty Gal offers various fun unique and very affordable fashion items. I ordered two very cute and well-fitted dresses from there. However, the quality of the dresses are disappointing (but they were on sale and ended to be less than $40 each.) Another thing makes me hesitant to order from Nasty Gal again is the $15 shipping cost and the over 2 weeks' long wait to receive an order. But they have started offering free shipping to Australia while spending over AUS $175, which is not that attractive IMHO. I will still keep an eye on their sale section for good bargains that are worth the shipping cost and long wait.
