I purchased 3 handbags/wallets from Oroton in November. They arrived in 4 business days nicely packaged. Unfortunately one of the bags had a fault on the handle so had to return it. I emailed head office and they replied in less than 24 hours with a reply paid code for a free return. I received my refund back onto my credit card in around 3 weeks. Overall excellent and fast service from Oroton. Delivery time was good and also they were quick to rectify orders too.
I purchased the metropolis grip top bag after seeing in the shop. I received a 20% discount for buying online. This is one of my favourite bags now. Very happy. Took 3 days for product to arrive via registered post. Recommend Oroton online to all.
