I recently purchased 4x Business shirts, 4x under t-shirts, 2x boxer shorts, 2x mens underwear. All the Marks and Spencers branding. The business shirts are much better quality then many local brands.
There was a sale on when I made my purchased and got a great deal on the shirts.
Shipping was also free to Australia (there is a promotion currently on)
Delivery time took 11 days to get here.
This site is also great to use to purchase presents for family and friends living in the UK. I have also used the site to buy presents and save on the shipping from Australia which can add up.

I used to live in UK so I am familiar with all their great quality clothes and accessories. i think they started shipping to Australia in 2010 or early last year. shipping is usually GBP 15 with no limit or how many items you buy. But I think there is a special right now with free shipping to Australia which ends this wednesday. i love their clothes as the style and quality is good and you can't buy them here. prices are not too bad for some basic items. sales are always good. Kids clothes are also good quality. I have recently bought a few tops and some kids clothes and swimwear. the website is pretty good. it keeps things in your shopping basket until you delete them or they sell out. if an item has been in your basket for a few weeks and the price of that item goes on sale then your item automatically updates to the lower price too. items usually arrive in a bit over a week to 10 days. great service especially from overseas and packaged well.
M&S were having a christmas sale and offering free shipping to australia. The brands they carry offered really cheap bath/skin care products which turned out really nice. I did alot of my christmas shopping in one huge haul. All the products came packaged in separate sealed plastic to prevent leakage. The order was delivered by 5 November, so thats within 2 weeks. Its a decent time frame for overseas shipping. Good experience!
I have purchased from Marks and Spencers before and always find the quality of clothes and service to be excellent. They had a 20% off storewide discount so I purchased a trenchcoat, blazer and cropped black pants all for just over AUD$150. The website is very "high tech" in my opnion. If you add something to your basket it will stay there for weeks (or longer) until you delete them. Also, if the price of the item is discounted then this will automatically update in your basket. changes to orders can also be made before dispatch so very convenient. Arrived in perfect condition in 7 business days. Each item was packaged in separate bags. Very good service. shipping was GBP15 but you can order as much as you like and not pay anymore for shipping.
I've always been a loyal customer of Marks and Spencer, unfortunately there's no physical store of M&S here in Sydney. I ordered a few deodorants on the website end of last year since they had free shipping to Australia promotion at that time. My ordered came in about 2 weeks, which is the expected timeframe. However, when I opened my package, my deodorants were all leaking and sticky. I wrote an email for them, but to no reply or response. Guess they just lost a customer then.
I am originally from the UK, so M&S is a tried and tested part of my life. Their clothing is of high quality and always out lasts all other clothing labels. Even from the other side of the world, I love shopping M&S!
The website is really easy to navigate, and most categories give you ample options to reduce your search criteria through size, colour, style, and others! It took all of three clicks to limit my search from 360+ results to 11! Now that’s easy shopping!
The online telephone help staff and store staff were also really helpful. I was trying to order an assorted pack of underwear, but only one design out of five was pictured online, with no further details in the description to give an indication as to what the other colours would be.
So, I called the online team and relayed the information. They made a note about the lack of online information, and then gave the telephone number of a store with stock. A shop floor staff member was able to locate the product and relay the colour information to me, and then I was able to make my decision and purchase.
I did make sure I read up on international deliveries before I placed my order, and I found the help section really useful. It told you specifically when and where to add an international delivery address, and it also had a page on how to write/layout the international address in order to achieve speedy delivery.
I ordered when there was a promotion for free delivery to Australia, so that saved me a few pennies, although normal delivery charges are reasonable at £15, and it doesn't matter how much you order, which is an added bonus! I received a prompt email notification when my items had been shipped, and the wait for delivery was almost non-existent!
My order was made on 22nd April, the items were dispatched on the 24th April, and arrived on my doorstop today, 29th April. Considering there was an estimated delivery time of 10-14 days, I was very surprised to receive my delivery so swiftly. A Returns Label was included in case items needed to be sent back to the UK. Unfortunately, any returns are done so at your own expense.
An excellent service all round, and if items arrive as swiftly when paying £15 for the delivery charge as they do on the 'free delivery' offer, then it's worth the outlay. Obviously while the 'free delivery' is running, then it's even more worthwhile. It's what I would expect of M&S, and then some!
This is the best online website I have ever used! Never have a problem with promotion codes or discount codes not working and each item of clothing is displayed at different angles. Some clothing even has a video attached of a model wearing them! Whatever you add to your basket stays there even 2 weeks later unless the item has sold out. When items are dispatched you can also click on the order and it will automatically be tracked online. no need to go to a separate australia post website. I purchased 3 pairs of casual chino pants for my dad as they had a 1 day 20% off sale. Great quality and arrived in 4 days too. super fast delivery, great products and service. Shipping was also free from UK as it was fathers day over there recently.
