I bought my first tablet, a Chinese-branded Cube U30GT, from MP4 Nation from the lowest price available online with the fastest shipping too (Fedex 2 day express shipping). Unfortunately, when the unit arrived, I found that the screen was MVA type instead of the IPS type as advertised in their product description. When I contacted their sales rep, I was told the differences were negligible in dim conditions and the manufacturer Cube considers both as IPS type screens. They gave me the option of getting a replacement but I had to return it at my own cost if I choose to do so.
Ordered a new pair of Brainwavz HM3 headphones from MP4 Nation. This was the second order I've placed with them. Unfortunately there was an error with the website which stated that I would get free express delivery. After 3 days when I contacted them to ask where it was I was told that this was an error and that it was actually standard shipping (2-4 weeks). Other than this the product arrived within that range and was in good condition.
I bought a pair of Astrotech am-90 IEMs from MP4 nation on the 27 December. The shipping took almost 3 weeks but a tracking code is provided. The pricing of the earphones were some of the best I could find particularly taking into account that free worldwide delivery was provided free of charge. MP4 Nation also stocks many harder to find earphones (OEM models), along with other pieces of electronic equipment. The order was processed quickly and dispatched quickly. MP4 Nation also runs a forum where discussions into the products sold are held, amongst other topics. A 30 day return policy is provided with the earphones although I have not needed to use it. A final note, for the particular earphones I purchased, the picture displayed silver although I received black earphones. The colour was not able to be specified at the time of purchase although this is not a huge factor for me.
This order of earphones from MP4 Nation was a buy one get one free offer they had going on for the M5 earphones. The site was easy to use and offered PayPal and ample confirmation emails were provided.
The earphones arrived in a large envelope in original packaging with numerous accessories.
Shipping took a while however, but it was nothing extreme.
