Recreational Boutique used to have a cool pop up store in a Westfield in Sydney. Now they have an online store.
I ordered a shield ring from their store. The item was delivered in 3 days (express post) with reasonable shipping costs. The ring was too small (my mistake, not theirs) so I emailed asking if I could return it. They responded really quickly and said that I could. All I needed to do was email them all the details and send back the ring. They then sent me back a bigger size. All of this was done in a week. Really good service. They went above and beyond.

Bad Experience
I have bought rings from Recreational Boutique before. In the past I have had no trouble.
I purchased two rings. One as a present for someone and the other for myself. About three days after paying I receive and email saying that one of the rings is no longer in stock. They ask if I want a refund or if I want another ring. There was nothing else I wanted so I asked for a refund. Another week passes and I don't hear anything. I sent another email and I'm told that someone will get back to me. After two more weeks I complain on their Facebook page and finally get a response. The next day I get the refund and two days later I get my ring. Well passed my friend's birthday!
