I have used Big W photos a number of times, but not because they are necessarily the best online photo printing service available. It is such a time consuming process to upload photos to the online database for use in making photo books and other merchandise that I keep using Big W just to keep all my photos in the one place. The products are great, I usually choose to pick up the item in the store and it takes about 5 days to get there but can take up to 10. There are always sales deals going, and so it makes the calendar, mug, photobooks etc a great value item, and a very special gift.
I recently purchased a soft cover photo book from bigw and the online system makes it very easy to upload photos and organise photos. It's very customisable and I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product.
