Ordered & Cancelled/Refunded
I ordered a Raspberry Pi and clear case from here. I was told it was out of stock, but expected within two weeks. However, I read some reviews that said they would often take up to 4 weeks due to slow shipping, even if they were in stock. I emailed customer service, and never got a reply.
I then cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere (cheaper, and it was due to arrive - and did - much sooner). The refund took about 3 weeks to process, and I didn't have any communication while this was happening.
