I ordered a jumper from them on the 22nd of May and received the incorrect one a week or so later, I then had to pay to send it back to them and they sent out a new one. I checked the tracking for my parcel after a week and it showed as delivered but as I live in a unit block with the letterboxes down on the main road it was not in the letterbox, when I wrote to Uncle Reco to ask what I should do they said it wasn't there problem so they didn't care, after I made my point about paying to have the item returned and spending $70 on an item that they sent out unregistered someone finally agreed to send me a new one. When the new one arrived you will never guess what was wrong with..it was the wrong size. These guys are ridiculous, they just reply with rude comments and even told me I should move to a better area like it's my fault they don't know how to check which size they are meant to be sending. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
Uncle Reco is a really cool online store that specialises in old NBA retro, game, tv show and movie prints on a bunch of clothing. They were really good with their sales service, they're quite funny with their emails and everything I ordered arrived within the time they said it would.
