I have had a terrible experience with Tarazz. Customer Service is very poor and information on the website is misleading.
It took me 38 days, 3 emails to Customer Service and 1 Facebook Complaint to get my order.
The first issue is that in the Tarazz T&Cs, Footer & shipping information page it is clearly stated that AusPost is used for deliveries exclusively. For this reason, I placed an order and used my Parcel Locker address (which only AusPost can deliver to). However, without communicating to me, Tarazz used a courier to make the delivery and thus my order never arrived. I was never notified about this and found out myself through the courier's online tracking that the order was returned to Tarazz.
I then emailed Customer Service on 3 separate occasions to investigate the order and they brushed off my emails without addressing my concerns. I also received no apology or explanation from them for on my initial email. I felt like Customer Service had no interest in resolving my issues - they were very robotic and cold only providing the bare minimum information. I finally got some resolution after I posted a Facebook complaint.
The beauty of Tarazz is that you can order something from a U.S company that doesn't otherwise ship to Australia. But, their shipping prices are insane anyway.
I do not recommend shopping with Tarazz. On the off chance your order goes astray, customer service does not handle it well nor are they interested.
