I found this store searching online for a dress I really liked by May the Label. I found many Australian upmarket online stores don't provide returns. This can be frustrating and wasteful; I used to have quite a few dresses in my closet that didn't fit or weren't 'quite right' before I started only shopping at stores with returns.
So I was so pleased to have the dress quickly sent to me by the Closet Monster.
Unfortunately their communication has been a little slow and bumpy, which was a concern when I had to request a returns form, and the store has a 14-day returns turnaround policy.
But everything ran smoothly enough, and I would still rate the transaction highly. I think they may be a new store, and I totally recommend giving them a go, if you like Australian Fashion.
