I purchased some bar stools from Cudo after they were suggested to me by the designer who is currently renovating our kitchen.
The ordering process on the Cudo website was simple and the information provided about the product was adequate. My big issue through the ordering process is that Cudo will not (or at least would not for this order) deliver to PO boxes. I found this extremely frustrating as it meant that the stools would be delivered to my home address when I would be unlikely to be home to accept delivery.
As I suspected, I was not home when they attempted delivery so they were taken to a local post office, however they were not taken to either of the two post offices within 2kms of my home, instead they were taken to one over 7kms away, in a busy industrial area. The staff at the post office told me that this was likely due to the size of the parcel, it was indeed large.
The stools were well packaged, with lots of packaging between each stool so that they did not damage each other. The legs of the stool on the bottom of the pile did poke well out of the bottom of the box, however they didn't appear to suffer from this so I didn't see it as an issue.
I was happy with this purchase, and I have since ordered a much smaller item from Cudo, however it bothers me greatly that they do not deliver to PO boxes and I will consider this carefully before placing orders with them in future.
