There is a particular inexpensive Chardonnay that my wife has been enjoying for many years and suddenly it wasn't available! It took a while to find it but eventually I found it at Our Cellar. I ordered five dozen, got a good price plus reasonable shipping and, having ordered on December 1, received the cases on December 7---a fair delivery time considering the time of year. My contact kept me informed of my order's progress through the system. An easy transaction.
I ordered five cases of Miranda Somerton Chardonnay on June 9. This is our quaffing wine: inexpensive, consistent and terrific value.
Our Cellar kept me informed as to the progress of my order which was delivered on June 18. These guys know how to offer value and how to communicate well.
