After missing a sale they were having on the Qicklock I decided to get one as they're pretty cheap anyway. The site was very easy to use however you could only pay via PayPal and I only received a PayPal receipt in my email. That's no big deal for most though.
The item came in an envelope quickly with instructions inside and is a strong sturdy product.
I bought a Qicklock for $5 during a recent deal they had. After waiting 10 business days, I contacted the store to ask for an update on my lock as it hadn’t arrived. I promptly received a reply asking for my shipping details again as they had sent them out but Australia Post hadn’t delivered them.
The person who contacted me told me he shipped it out again and to notify him if it doesn’t arrive in the next 10 business days as they dispatch in 1-2 business days. After another 3 business days, it arrived safely.
The reason for Australia Post not sending the items was probably due to the stamps stuck on them, I think there were 3x70c stamps meaning $2.10 may not have been enough to ship the metal lock.
However, my order arrived in the end and I’m happy with the product for the price. I’d buy more if there were good deals on as they’re handy when travelling to lock and dodgy motel/hotel rooms.
